This project transformed a dated 2-bed, 2-bath co-op by rethinking the entry, kitchen, and bath for better flow and modern living. Because the original bathroom was awkwardly built into the kitchen, we reconfigured the layout to clearly separate the spaces and improve functionality. The bathroom now features a larger, more luxurious shower and a true spa-like experience—achieved without compromising the rest of the home. The new plan also introduces a larger entry, added storage, a proper coat closet, and a new laundry closet, all while keeping the kitchen open and inviting.
